One of the best companies that I've ever rented from. I've worked with this company for over a year and a half, and they've made sure that I've been satisfied throughout my whole stay. The management and maintenance staff have been incredibly helpful, and repairs were fixed in a timely manner. Rent was affordable, and my apartment was in good condition. The app they utilize is easy to use, and payments were easy to do. When I needed to move out, I had to sublease, but they were able to find someone quickly enough, and the process was really easy. I just wish that they had more places in Kokomo so that I can continue renting from them! Thank you, Management Advantage for giving me memories an a home to have!

Management Advantage kept a copy of our lease from 4 years ago and saved us from getting our deposit stolen by another rental company that bought our building. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Amazing staff and amazing renting company. They never gave us extra fees or outrageous rent increases like other companies did. Can't recommend them enough!

As soon as I moved in they have been nothing but nice. Whenever I have a problem, they solve it almost immediately and are always very responsive when it comes to serving their tenants. The maintenance men are really nice and hardworking. They go above and beyond. The ladies at the front desk are very nice and personable. Probably the best place I've ever rented from so far! 10/10 recommend.

Rented 2 years from Management Advantage. The team has been very professional whenever we had a maintenance request, it was handled in time. The apartment was in very good shape too. When we moved out they were very reasonable and made the process incredibly easy.

Lori and her team do a great job managing properties. They are strict, but fair with tenants. They've handled repairs in a timely and affordable manner. We've used MA for about 5 years now and will likely keep using them going forward. Cheers!
