Welcome to Management Advantage, Inc

Management Advantage began as a 2-person operation in January of 2003 with the management contract for a 200-unit golf course community and several other rental properties. The company’s success in management of these properties led to the addition of a large student community in January of 2004. This property was in dire need of an experienced and effective management company. With our help, the property is now one of the most successful student housing communities in the West Lafayette area. In January of 2006, the decision was made to incorporate the business with the name Management Advantage, Incorporated. Having developed a proven track record with a portfolio has continued to increase in size and now includes management of over 1,200 units including Home Owner Association Management. We are looking forward to continued growth and future success.
